Thanks for visiting the FlexTraining Help Center. Our Help Center is a growing source of valuable resources and also a place where you will submit issues to our Support Team for quick resolution.

Please read the rest of this article so you will know what to do next and what kind of resources are available to help you as you get started.

 

Read & Review

Please save yourself a lot of time later by investing a little time now. Within this Help Center page, please find and read through the Sample Project Checklist, the Tips for Building Effective Courses, and the Management Guide sections.  The Management Guide will take a while to read but it’s really important to do so and become thoroughly familiar with it. You may wish to print some or all of the sections – they are printable PDF files.

Within your FlexTraining system, please review the Helps and especially the Course Building Strategies.  These will point you in the right direction as you create your dynamic targeted online courses.

 

Register

If you have not already done so, please register with the help desk system, as follows (this is something you only need to do once):

First click on the “Sign In” button at the Help Center home page. Then click on the blue “Sign Up” link in the window that pops up and review the Support Center guidelines.  All you need to register is a name and an e-mail address.

 

Get Help

How to submit a “Help” ticket if you get stuck or experience an error:

  1. Log in to the Help Center each time you need to submit a ticket. This allows you to enter additional information such as customer name, system version, URL, screen shots, and other information that helps us assist you.
  2. Click on the “Submit a Request” link and complete the displayed form to the best of your ability.  The more information you provide as to the steps leading up to a problem, and the data selected, the faster we can get you moving ahead again.

You will be able to track progress of your request from here as well.  We resolve many issues on the same day they are submitted. Others take a bit longer, and we may need to request additional information to resolve your problem or question.
